Mel Lisboa
Mel Lisboa Alves (or simply Mel Lisboa how she is well known) is a Brazilian actress, born in 1982, January 17, in Porto Alegre. Her name, Mel Lisboa, is translated in English as Honey Lisbon.
She started her carrier when she was 19, as the protagonist in the series "Presença de Anita" (2001) on Brazil's TV Globo. Mel Lisboa was chosen for the role of Anita because the writer wanted a fresh face. And Anita was her biggest success. After that, Mel Lisboa acted in other TV series and telenovelas, but also in theater (Moças de Fino Trato) and TV special programs.
The filmography of Mel Lisboa includes the role of Taty from the TV episode “Tentações São Normais” of the TV series "Os Normais" (2001), the role of Gabriela from the TV series "Desejos de Mulher" (2002), the role of Vitória in the movie “A Cartomante” (2004). Mel Lisboa was Lenita Paiva in the TV series "Como uma Onda" (2004), Joana in the movie "O Casamento de Romeu e Julieta" (2005) and Melanie in an episode of "Casseta & Planeta Urgente" (2005). In 2006 she played Cristiana in the movie “O Balé da Utopia” (2006).
